Worried 6dpo ?

I'm 6dpo and this morning me and my husband had sex.. A few hours afterwards I went to the loo and noticed a bit of blood amongst my cm :( Is it af or did I ruin implantation??? I'm not due on for 1 week.. Help please???

Having sex doesn't ruin implantation. So it might be because of rough sex can cause a slight tear or it may be IB.
