Any suggestion please 12 days late

AF 12 days late , should I be really worried ? I've been ttc for a whole year & it just seems impossible. I've spent so much money on negative tests I'm really not up to just buying another but at this point I feel should, thought about waiting until Monday to test because that would give it time to come & AF would be 2 weeks late I just don't know what to do . also my Best friend just found out she is pregnant with baby #2 & suggest that I go to the hospital to test she says it's free but I just found out Im no longer on my moms insurance . So any suggestions , ?
