I told my mom immidiately. Few close friends few days after finding out. Wasn't really planning on it, but we were going out and I wasn't drinking, they kind of figured it out. The rest of the family and friends won't find out until Christmas. I'll be just about 12 weeks then.

We waited till we saw the baby at the first app. For most people. We did tell my parents and his mom earlier though. This time we are planning on having a Christmas card announcement but I have told one of my close friends and my sister already.
