A little help over here!

My head hurts, I've been having lower back pains, I feel nauseated, my nipples are really sore and my period is 2 days late. I had a brownish discharge with a little spotting yesterday and today. It would come then stop. Could I be pregnant or is it something else? Is it to early to get a home pregnancy test?
