I'm in a bit of a predicament

So me and my fiancé had a bit of a mishap while having sex four days ago. The condom slipped and as a precaution, I took the plan B pill. Again it's been four days, and I've been sick with a pretty bad cold, but for some reason I was feeling frisky and we started to go at it. After we finished, I took notice to what I did. I jacked him off a bit before putting the condom on him.. With the same hand. Now I've been know to be paranoid and my period is due in the next few days but with all this happening.. I don't know what to think. We have never had this happen and I'm really starting to worry. What do you guys think? Please I need some advice
