Tampon i should use.

OK, so like...I just started using tampons...ive been using the Playtex regular glide 360 brand. Was kinda tricky at first then after 20sec of a burning sensation it went in without no prob. The first one that stayed in went well .....the second one??? Nah,not really....I had a hard time taking it out and it was in for 5 hours,it only had something on the outside of the tampon but not the inside.it seemed like it expanded which also may it tough to take out too. So I thought maybe I need to try the lites or a different brand all together.so by luck I found sum lites from Playtex n tampax .I chose tampax pearl active lites.so my real question is, I have a average period not spotting nor heavy, like a Lil spill,can lites absorb that much or just spotting?
