So I want a family. He doesn't.....

He just turned 20 and I'll be 21 in February. We've been together for almost 2 years and been married for 6 months this December. So I don't know what to do!?! I want to have kids before my eggs go bad. We ALWAYS have unprotected sex and he just pulls out. But I know I already have a lower chance of having children because of my history with kidney infections and surgery with my bladder and so on. I do want kids before I'm 30. Do you think he'll change his mind? He does have a niece, and she's almost 2 this January. And she's so beautiful. You'd think he'd want a kid after she was born.
