Am I rushing into the relationship

So there is this guy I talk to awhile back and then we lost connection but we just resintaly found each other agin thanks to face book and I have always had a crush on him and we have had sex but he has not sid I love you but he has side I like you what should I do should I keep hanging out with him and just hop one day that he askes me out mind you I told him when he's ready to be my boyfriend to just ask all wait and he is older then me I'm 25 he's 32
