Mucus plug! Very normal and very gross when you lose it but it means that you're dilating and progressing!! Time those contractions! Baby will be here before you know it!

Can't say for sure because it's been so long but possibly it's part of your mucus plug? Mine was more green then red but if you are saying early labor that would be my guess.

Mucas plug. I lost mine on A Monday morning and still didn't have daughter till the thursday (was 5cms for that many days aswell)
