Okay so I was supposed to start my period on the 18th of this month never did..but last night I started having some cramps..then today they were worse.. I used a tampon because I started bleeding very lightly last night I thought it was implantation bleeding..they got WORSE very fast I was in a lot of pain..does this look like a early miscarriage?? I just started birthcontrol the end of October beginning on November. And yes I thought I was pregnant when I missed my period on the 18th and stopped taking the pills.
