Really need help before I go nuts

Glows going crazy!! The first picture is from this morning. The second one is if I put in my cm for today (sticky) or if I put in any cm but creamy. If I put in creamy it stays like the first pic. It's done this twice now. Moving my fertile week round. I don't have a clue anymore when my fertile week is actually or when I ovulated now.
