My sister was 16 when diagnosed. Every doctor we have ever seen has told us that it's the worst case they have ever seen. It is very progressive. She was put in nursing home at 22 and just celebrated her 30th birthday there. We were told when she was 23-24 she only had a year or two left. Then the seizures started. (Apparently the last step in the MS progression) So every day and every year is a blessing. Although her mind is at the level of about a 10 year old and she has now basically become my little sister rather then my older sister life is good. Some days are very bad and others very good!

My twin brother was diagnosed last year on our 30th bday. It's been tough on everyone.

My mom she's  had it 35 years I'm  only 30. It's a whole  new ball game growing  up.
