sore breasts relief ?

Anyone have any remedies or anything to help ? I'm 2 dpo and it went but now it's back and I'm struggling we are ttc so I don't want to take any over the counter medicine I have fibro breast tissue and suffer with sore boobs often I have cut out my caffine intake already was suggested last night but we ttc anyway so I have cut it out I only had 1 responce to my question last night and I struggled to sleep or get comfy :(
