At 20 i still have an issue with "starting things off" ladies what do you do to get your SO in the mood?

Start with kissing, that's the easiest way :)
And then start to rub his crotch so he gets the idea ?

Usually he's asleep. Cuddling with me. I just back up a little bit till I feel him start to get hard (in his sleep) I turn around and rub on it and he kisses me I guess to say "you woke me up lets go" lol.
