Morning sickness

Im having a 2nd baby. My first pregnancy, I was okay. I never had morning sickness, and I had a boy. In this pregnancy, I'm the same, no morning sickness, I'm perfectly fine. I do not feel pregnant. I really really want a girl to complete my family. But does this mean I'm having another boy? ?
