Anyone else feel lonely?

Don't get me wrong I love being pregnant and I wouldn't change it for the world, but i feel all my friends have dissapered as I often know happens when you have children and most of them are still very into drinking untill they black out. But my mother has also lost interest since we found out it was a girl and it's like the rest of my family didn't have a long enough attention span to be excited for a whole nine months and to top it off my husbands pretty emotionally hidden which I usually don't mind but I'm literally just left with my thoughts all the time now.
