Hurry up and wait...

After I reached 5 weeks with my first pregnancy, I miscarried "naturally" in October. Since then I've been waiting for af to arrive. When it finally did last week, it only lasted about 3 days, with 2 days of spotting to end it. As much as I want to start trying now, I'm worried about miscarrying again. What do y'all think I should do? Should I just jump in, start trying, and pray for the best or should I wait to see what next months cycle is like before start all this again? Has anyone conceived successfully right away or after a few cycles. Any advise on waiting?
