Terrified

I'm not sure what to do I am absolutely scared of needles and blood being drawn pain has no effect on me I actually wish it did hurt more when I get blood drawn. I'll be one month pregnant tomorrow and I know I'll have to be doing the whole needle thing often I'm just trying to figure out a way to kick this phobia to the curb anyone know how to help or does anyone else ever have held this way
