Ive just started taking birth control, I chose the nuvaring option because the doctor said it would help with my period & my painful cramps but really, it has not helped at all.. in the past week I've been getting real sharp painful cramps that last for like a minute (that's actually long for a cramp) lol and also have days where my body is sore.. I just wanted to know if this is normal or should I try another bc option. Thanks girls.
