Want to be Pregnant before Christmas

Since I took my Mirena out in June, my husband and I have been thinking of ways to tell our close friends and family that I was pregnant (when the time came). We both loved the idea of telling them on Christmas. Well getting pregnant has been harder then both of us thought and we have had no such luck yet. This is our last chance for it to happen in order for me to get a positive pregnancy test before Christmas. I know it will happen when it's suppose to but any hopes, prayers, and well wishes would appreciated!
