Sister's loss

My sister found out she was pregnant back in August. Then discovered it was twins at her first ultrasound, which is funny because twins don't run in our family.
This past week she had what was technically pre-term labor at 20 weeks and she lost both of them.
Our entire family is really having a hard time (im crying just thinking about it again).
I'm trying to just be there for her and her fiancé. I just wish I could do something.
Has anyone lost a child? Is there anything I really can do other than just be there for them?
