Rh negative.

I had bleeding so I went to the ER. I hadn't been to a gyno yet because we had just found out and confirmed with the health department. Well the ER told me that the bleeding was being caused because I am Type O- and my baby likely has a + Rh blood type. They did an ultrasound and checked my hcg level (which came back normal) and they gave me a shot of Immune Globulin (Rhophylac) so that my body wouldn't produce antibodies to attack the baby's blood. They also called it a threatened miscarriage. I was just wondering if anyone has had this complication and went on to have a healthy baby?
