Helpppp

Hi, so I had my implant out on the 24th October, for the last 3/4 months of the implant In I had regular AF, now I am 14 days late, I have done numerous PT all negative but now not done one for about a week, did a blood beta hcg 2 weeks ago which was negative. I've been having stomach cramps, bloating, nausea, difficulty sleeping and extreme tiredness for over 1 week now. What does everyone think?
