Help I think im pregnant!

So this morning I woke up and took an ovulation test, and it came up positive. I am two days before my period, and temperature rise all the way to 98.8. I didnt have a pregnancy test available, but I have been having gum bleeding, caught the flu and usually my boobs hurt bad however this time around just feel sensitive. What do you girls think?
