Sore breasts!?

Question

Is sore breasts during ovulation normal this has NEVER happened to me before. Could it be because I'm about to start my period? But why would I ovulate right before my period? I took an ovulation test two days in a row and they are showing positive so I know for sure I'm ovulating.. Any suggestions:/

I get really sore breasts when I ovulate and sometimes lasts until I get my period. You may ovulate late in your cycle, I'm pretty sure that is same case for me:) usually caffeine and salty foods make it worse!

Caffeine will make the tenderness way worse. Try to cut back a bit and see if that helps. I have the same issue, and it's all throughout different times in my cycle. Usually, my breasts are more tender and heavier when I'm getting close to O date or AF. 
​I LOVE coffee as well, but I promise you, taking a break from all the caffeine really helps ease the pain
