Hope against hope

Ok so I am 6dpo, yesterday I got super emotional, weepy as hell. Pretty much over nothing. Shook it off about a half hour later. This morning at 5:30 while asleep in bed I had sharp stabbing like pains on my right pelvic side that lasted for about an hour. It was enough to wake me up. And now, it's 12:30 and I've got this hot, dull ache where the stabbing was and it's starting to spread a tad to the left side.
