I'm 35 weeks and 4 days I found out on Friday that I was 50% effaced and 1 cm dilated I had a leep procedure about 3 years ago and now my pregnancy is high risk I just hope I can go until my doctor wants to induce me at 38 weeks on dec 11 I also heard that second time pregnancies dilate and efface at the same time my question is when you ladies started dilating how long did it take to make it to active labor
