Everyone says that I would know if I orgasmed.. But I don't.

I've never orgasmed from sex, but I've tried to from masturbation. As I masturbate, it feels better and better, and then my vagina contracts for a few seconds, and I squirm, but there's no real release or feeling of relaxation after. Afterwards my clit is sensitive and painful to touch and I feel tense. The feeling is so mild though that I thought I was just nearing orgasm- until I talked it over with someone and they said it sounded like I actually might be having an orgasm. It's just so weak feeling..

Those are how my clit orgasms are. A g-spot one is different feeling, and the best is when you get em at the same time. That shit is unbelievable.

I suspect orgasms feel a bit different for everyone, and that women who say they've never had an orgasm have, they just don't realize it because everyone makes it out to be this be-all-end-all-you-can't-miss-it-if-it-hits-you feeling, and if your imagination is strong you probably out-imagine what it is.

For me orgasming isn't a necessary part of sex every time. It feels good, I like it, but it's not so addictively amazingly different that I simply can't go without it.

Also sometimes orgasms are stronger than others. The best orgasm I ever had was by myself with just my fingers, rubbing very gently for a long time. I was more idly masturbating than anything else - not trying to orgasm. But it built really slowly and when it peaked it was incredible. I haven't been able to achieve that since because I'm way too impatient I think :p

Anyway, orgasms aren't ALL super strong and powerful. Some are better than others.

It sounds to me like it's an orgasm and you get sore because of rubbing either too much or too hard (should go away after a while). Lots of women have a difficult time reaching an orgasm, maybe you could talk to your doctor about it.

A happy orgasm is very mild for me. Only a clitoral orgasm is the fireworks and early shattering type. Everyone is different. :)

Try to keep that feeling going or continuing with it to see if it becomes more intense, try a vibrator! Also try taking a short break when you think you're near orgasm then starting again
