Small chest

I have a smaller build and I'm super self concious about my small chest, I love that my birth control makes my breasts larger but it also has many negative side effects. Can anyone reccommend an alternative for a bigger/more perky chest besides breast implants? I know this is a long shot but figured I'd try :/
