I fell over

I fell over this morning and landed on my knee. The bump didn't get hit but it obviously shook me up a bit.

I have felt the baby move quite vigorously but now I'm getting sort of cramping to the sides of my bump. Should I call the midwife or just wait for my 24w appointment next week?
