This is embarrassing but I have this thing on my face... It started out as what I thought was a zit. It keeps filling up with fluid and has something really hard inside.. Any ideas??

Leave it alone!!!!....if u must just apply a very hot cloth over it continuously...that helps it burst....if it gets any bigger it can be an apses...in that case u need to go to a doctor to get it drained....thy will test it to make sure its not MRSA....

Could be a boil. Those get big and hurt. Try a hot compress to pull the infection out, and squeeze it till it pops or sterilize a needle and poke a hole and then squeeze. I know I'm young but I'm a CNA so I was taught that should do the trick(:

You can try with an onion. Boil an onion and then hold it there as long as you can. It takes in the moisture of the boiled onion and when you press it will burst easier.if that doesn't work go to a dr to clean it for you

I get hard pimples like that every couple months... It will go away eventually. I always try to pop mine but usually just get the clear fluid. Try to wait it out...

I got that about 5 months ago and I was also pregnant. I thought it was a spider bite but it's just a pimple with something hard under it. I never went to the doctor because it finally went away after about a week.
