Went to the doctor today

Went and saw my gyno today to talk about my next steps after TTC for the past 18 months. I am getting an hsg dye test next week to make sure my tubes aren't blocked and push out any debris or residue that might be stuck. Then if we still don't conceive by January he said he would start me on Clomid. Also making an appt for hubby to get a semen analysis. My doc informed me that 40% of the time it is the man not the woman. I was definitely surprised by those stats. Hopefully one of these things will work for us!
