Dark red/brown bleeding

Hi, I found out I was pregnant on Sunday and today took a clear blue digital which confirmed pregnant and suggested 2-3 weeks. I've been having af style cramps the last few days then today an hour after taking the test I had thick dark red/brown bleeding. It's not heavy but I'm worried now! Is it not sticking? :(
