What time of day do you all test for LH?

I just bought opk an it says to test about same time everyday but is there a better time to test. We have been trying for six months and I am 36 so I feel that clock TICKING. Any advise is greatly appreciated. TIA

Unlike the pregnancy test, fmu (first morning urine) is not the best time to collect samples for ovulation tests, as LH is synthesized in your body in the morning and will not appear in your urine until the afternoon. The ideal time to collect a urine sample is in the afternoon, though testing may safely take place from 10am to early evening.

Between 10am and 8pm is what most recommend.  try not to drink fluids for 2 to 4 hours prior...

I usually test twice a day at 10 am and then 2 pm!!

I took my test between 2-4pm. Got my surge around 3pm!
