How long did it take your S/O to say he loves you?

I know that I love my boyfriend of almost 4 months. Is it to early to be in love at this point and when do I tell him I love him?

If you truly mean it then I say follow ur heart and tell him the worst that could happen is that he dosnt say it back right away or he might get freaked out and run but if that's the case than he was never really worth it in the end if he truly cares about you then he will stay with you no matter what happens heck you never know he might even say it right back to you I would tell him face to face in privacy and see what happens if ur to shy to do that then test the waters first through just talking to him about it the best thing u can have with you partner is honesty and communication

First things first though u might wanna figure out if u really want to say that to him u should be sure of ur own feelings first before you jump into saying something like that though so be sure u truly truly do love him and mean it because if ur having doubt then maybe ur at the point of u really care about him but ur not sure how u feel towards him so I would figure that out first ya know

My husband and I had only talked for a month before we actually met up we got together and I would say that we started to say I love you prob around like 2 months after we started dateing n we got engaged 7 months later on Christmas Eve :) an that was In a 9month period so I don't think it's to early he might just be taking his time to tell you that or he may not be ready to tell you that right now but don't worry that day will come soon enough

I think it was about three months for me. My SO and I were having our first fight and I asked him something and his response was "because I love you" he looked as shocked as I did. Almost a year later and we are still together and ttc baby #1 <3
