evening prime rose oil

Was in the hunt for vitex but couldnt find it so had to order it but in the other had i found evening prime rose oil hoping this will help my chances of conceiving  going on month three of ttc and its been a struggle but i know theres other ladies on here who have been trying a heck of a lot longer baby dust to alll let me know if youve had some good results from these two ??
