PLAN B result!!!

Hi All, I had unprotected sex 14 days ago and used Plan B three days later. I am missing period now for 3 days. Can I use pregnancy test now? Also I heard if Plan B did not work and you got pregnant, then there will be risk for your baby . Is it true? I'm really worried
