Help not sure what's gojng on

I been having slot of back ache headaches diareha nausea dizziness and had weird bleeding at beginning of month had Af from 6-9 th and then on 10 th no kolos the 11 th was pink when I wiped only and like 3 hours later was brownish I am feeling week and nauseas right now any help would be apreciated I'm due for  Af on dec 4th  all hpt I take are negative is it to early to tell
