Maca powder ??

I heard it helps with fertility in not only women but men to.. ? Has anyone else tried this or have heard about it?! Does it really help... ?✨?✨✨

I get it in powder form and put it in smoothies for health/energy/metabolism.  It regulates hormones, too, which I've needed help with after pregnancy losses.  It doesn't taste all that great but in a smoothie I don't notice it.  A little goes a long way!

I just started them 2 days ago (pills) and am taking them with red Rasberry leave and a prenatal. We also will be using preseed and am contemplating vitex.
