Pregnant?

Hi ladies! I am a few days late (but I'm irregular) I was nauseous a couple weeks ago n I u know what in the toilet lol then I had spotting not too long after that...nothing else since...I had intercourse last night and it was a tad painful and then I got nauseous again and u know what happened next lol I don't have sore breast tho. Could this still mean pregnancy?
