Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

I have PCOS and am 24 years old. I am getting married next year and we are looking to get pregnant next year. I am currently on birth control in order to help me get a period. I have an appointment coming up and would like to get some advice on what I should ask, etc. to let my OBGYN know what our intentions are. I am scared I won't be able to get pregnant on my own. :(
