How accurate would you say glow is at tracking your period?

I'll say it's pretty close if you log in daily. I've been using this app to track my cycle for the past 3.5 months. For the first two months, my period started the day Glow said it would... but I've been losing weight by eating healthier and working out 3-5 times a week and my last cycle was 8 days late. I had to change my period start date twice. I know my weight loss was/is the cause of my late period. I love this app and use it more as a guideline.

Its about a day or 2 off. Other than that I still love glow.

Actually before my surgery to remove polyps from my uterus, glow was right 50% of the time. Now that my surgery is over the last 3 months I've gotten My period the day it said I would. All 3 months. So I'm thinking my surgery fixed my period and glow knows it xD
