I want sleep! ???

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I can't sleep! Insomnia is really bad right now. I just wanna cry. ???

Hi, i feel your pain. I am 6 weeks 3 days and havent been ableto sleep a whole night in almost 3 weeks. I cant take it anymore. I cant take benedryl becuase it does knock me out but my 18month old is not a great sleeper and usually 1-3 times a night i need to get up to help him. Soo frustrated

You could do light exercise before bed, like walking etc. ? maybe try reading a book or drink tea with some honey or have a little snack. Also, buy a body pillow (if you don't already have one) to make you more comfortable at night. I did that when I was pregnant, and it helped me when my SO was at work, and I had trouble sleeping.

I was having trouble sleeping and my OB gave me Benadryl for it. You should ask your doctor and see if this is a good option for you.
