Breastfeeding or not

I know all the benefits of breastfeeding and all that it requires. I am just struggling with deciding to go ahead with it or use formula. I will be returning to work after baby is here. My job doesn't allow breaks since I am sitting front desk at a hotel all day. I can't go to the bathroom for 20 minutes while a guest is out in the lobby.. I just need some input as far as how you coped with work and pumping. I work anywhere from 5-10 hour shifts. Has anyone not breastfed and regrets it or breastfed and does regret it? Input would be great.
