Im nrand spankin new to trying to chart, ive heard of the triphasic phase... Ao im not sure. ? can you help???

It doesn't look triphasic to me, but not all pregnant cycles are triphasic and not all triphasic cycles indicate a pregnancy. But when temps stay high, it is a promising sign, which yours seem to be doing. Did you O on CD 16? If so, you are around 14 DPO which means you could take a pregnancy test tomorrow and it would likely be positive if you are pregnant.

It's hard to read because I can't see your WHOLE chart. Maybe you ovulated on CD16. Your fertile window isn't correct. But try to temp every day at the SAME time after MIN.6 hours sleep WITHOUT disturb!
