Does Low testosterone affect women from getting pregnant?

My doctor made some blood tests for me and hubby + a semen analysis.  My tests were all normal thank god. Hubby's semen were also normal and good but he told us the his levels of testosterone is low and its better if he check with a urologist about it. DH refused saying its not that low and everything is okay. He didnt completely refuse, he just postponed the subject.  So please i just want to know if low testosterone affects pregnancy? Can u please explain to me..
