Side effects of the pill?

I want to go on the pill but I'm afraid of gaining weight, breaking out, and having mood swings. Will this happen?!

Its supposed to clear up break outs actually, but when you first get on the pill it could cause some. It could cause slight weight gain, but if you don't like it you could try switching pill brands. For me (I just started in early
November so I'm still dealing with some side effects) I just had cramping (never had cramps before) and various times throughout the month I had some spotting. My doctor said that the side affects should go away after a few months, but if they don't I could always change pill brand or my
Birth cotton method.  If you ask your doctor for information about it then they will probably give you a packet with a list on side effects on it (my doctor even highlighted the ones that were most common). Good luck!

It could. A friend of mine became such a bitch her mom said that if she didn't stop taking the pills she would get kicked out of the house...
