Blood clot?

Has anyone gotten a blood clot in the arm or leg from bc?

I do! I can't be on any bc pills anymore and would like another form of bc besides condoms! Any ideas?

Yes, I did. I broke my ankle and I was on BC. I didn't move much for like a week and then i started to have this awful pain in my calf when I walked. I had a clot in a vein. Six month of anticoagulants and no more BC for me... They told me I had just bad luck but BC is associated with higher risk of blood clotting (sorry, English second language, rusty on grammar) ?

I only use condoms as BC because I'm worried of the chance of blood clots from the pill. Both my parents have had blood cloths, my dad in his leg and mom in her lung. 3 out of 4 grandparents have had cloths. So would probably not even be allowed to be on it.
