Take what they say to take I would not take anymore your liver can't process more than what is needed and most of what your taking in a single dose either. You will just pee it out but it may also make you sick.

Take only what they say. The 800mcg is the folic acid, other vitamins will have varied amounts & some you don't need extra of. 800mcg of folic acid should be good enough especially if you eat heathy as you get vitamins(or should be) in your diet as well.
