Symptoms after stopping BC?

So, I stopped birth control October 12 because my husband and I really want a child and have prayed about this decision. We feel God will bless us when he knows we are ready. I joined glow for information and to track my body. I was on BC almost 6 years and started it because of bad periods and pain. I don't really remember period symptoms that we'll. So again, I stopped it October 12, got my next period on the days I would of normally with no cramping or pain November 5-8 and now the past two days I have had aweful lower back pain. I have to constantly move or I get stiff. I am also having pain in my right ovary area a lot and lots of really smelly gas and I don't usually have any smell to my gas. Are these symptoms. Of your period coming? This was longer than I I tended I apologize. :) thank you ladies and I just wanted to say that you are all amazing and my heart goes out to those of you who want to experience pregnancy and have a child and are struggling. I also want to congratulate and bless all the success stories. :)
